Did we get any clues?
"Are there any clues?" George asked with a smile as he looked at the three of them returning to Hogwarts Library.
Before leaving school, he had already told the three of them the password for Slytherin dormitory that week.
"No."
Harry's expression was somewhat dejected, while Ron was resolute in saying:
"Although there are no clues, I'm sure it's Malfoy. Who else in school could be the heir of Slytherin besides him?"
"But Malfoy's behavior at the time didn't seem like he was lying."
Hermione shook her head, not fully agreeing with Ron's statement.
On Christmas night, the three of them easily transformed into Malfoy's lackeys using Polyjuice Potion, thanks to the password George provided, and made their way into the Slytherin common room.
However, they did not get the answers they wanted because Malfoy did not admit to opening the Chamber of Secrets.
So this operation plan was a failure.
"Don't worry, take your time. Even the professors haven't found any clues, which means the heir is hidden well."
George comforted them with a word and then continued to read the magical book.
Recently, he began to study the Charm of Armor, a highly defensive spell. During the magical duel before Christmas, he found that the spell was really useful in battle.
The seventh-grade wizard cast this spell like a turtle shell, and you couldn't break it without circling around to attack from the back.
The key was that after gaining some understanding of the Charm of Armor, he realized that the spell could not only defend against magic but also against physical attacks.
Even common firearms cannot penetrate the Charm of Armor.
However, the Charm of Armor has its disadvantages. It can only defend one side, and the spell must be maintained by continuously channeling magic through the wand. This also means that other spells cannot be launched simultaneously for counter-attack.
To counterattack, one must first stop the defensive power of the Charm of Armor.
However, this disadvantage is not a big deal for George because he has superpowers aside from magical attacks.
He can use the Charm of Armor to shield himself from attacks and then use his superpowers to control blades and needles for attacks, or simply use a gun for curved trajectory shooting.
The only bit of trouble might be that this spell is for fifth-year students, making it quite challenging. With three heads to learn it at the same time, it might take some time to master.
"By the way, we found something that might be related to the Chamber of Secrets being opened fifty years ago."
At this point, Harry pulled out a small, thin, tattered black-bound book from his own book bag and placed it on the library table.
"This is a diary, and it's labeled with the name T.M. Riddle. Ron says he saw it in the trophy display room; Riddle received a Special Contribution Award fifty years ago."
Hermione speculated that it might be because he caught the person who opened the Chamber of Secrets fifty years ago that he received this award."
"The diary of Lord Voldemort's Horcrux!"
George looked at the diary on the table, his mind sensing the evil and powerful soul essence within it, along with the seductive spiritual suggestions. His face stiffened, but quickly he forcibly regained his composure.
"What did you find written in the diary?"
"Nothing at all, it's blank. I tried using the spell to show form and a spell that erases form, but neither worked. So I was wondering if you have any ideas?"
Hermione replied with a bit of helplessness.
She believed that there must be something recorded in the diary, which was hidden by a special spell. George had read more books than her, maybe he could find a way to break it.
George wanted to reach out and grab the notebook, but soon his reason overcame that desire.
If he told the three little ones at this moment and asked them to hand over the notebook for him to study, given their trust in him, they would undoubtedly agree.
Then perhaps he could gain a lot of knowledge about dark magic from the soul of young Voldemort within the diary.
But reason told him that he absolutely couldn't do it.
On one hand, Dumbledore might already be keeping an eye on Voldemort's diary. If he took it from Harry, he would certainly be under Dumbledore's watchful eye, and then everything would fall into Dumbledore's view.
On the other hand, even if he had mental ability, he couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't be tempted by Voldemort's dark magic, which would be too dangerous.
Safety first, it's better not to touch it for now.
It would be safer and more secure to study dark magic in the Restricted Section after Dumbledore leaves Hogwarts Castle.
In fact, he tried to find the notes left by Snape, the half-blood Prince, to see if he could learn the Unforgivable Curses in advance, but he couldn't find it.
However, Snape revealed during the Christmas vacation that he might teach him a few unique spells this semester. Whether it was the Unforgivable Curses or not, I don't know.
"I read a book on alchemy that mentioned this. Many magical items, after being imbued with the Spell of Enchantment, have developed their own thoughts. If they are not recognized, their abilities cannot be utilized."
This diary might not be an ordinary one; it could have been enchanted with the Spell of Enchantment. You might try to communicate with it."
"How do you communicate with it?"
Harry looked confused.
"Is that by talking to it?"
"I'm not sure. You can try talking to it or writing directly on it. You can go back and try slowly."
George smiled and suggested.
The three of them, upon hearing this, thought it made sense. They waved to George and quickly left the library to return to the common room and give it a try.
"Thank you, George!"
"It's my pleasure."
George took a deep breath and continued to read the magical book with his head down.
Some risks can be taken, but some cannot.
For the next while, after Ginny lost the diary and Harry found it, the Chamber of Secrets was not opened again, and school life returned to relative calm.
About two weeks later, the school for mutants.
George looked at the pile of wood in front of him and couldn't help but frown.
"Not a single one is suitable."
This was all the wood that he had asked his men from Lyons to collect from all kinds of trees in this world, but none of them were suitable for making wands of this size.
Since he had learned to make wands, he was definitely thinking about having one here in Marvel as soon as possible so that he could fully unleash his magical powers.
However, this is not Harry Potter and Fairy Tail, and it's impossible to find a suitable substitute in the short term.
The wand core is still okay, and he can temporarily use Professor X's hair as an alternative, which is the strongest mental ability. If Fairy Girl is still alive, using her hair should be even better.
However, the wand core has not found a suitable alternative.
In his imagination, if he could use the trunk of the World Tree for the wand, it would be able to make the top-level wand. Unfortunately, the trunk of the World Tree is not something he can access at present.
Alternatively, the branch of Groot's body should also be suitable, after all, they can be used as the handle of the Blade of Storms.
But Groot is now in the universe. He also can't go there.
In George's opinion, it's not that it can't be done to make the wand shaft from other materials instead of wood. For example, the best magical metal in Asgard, Uru, would also be effective.
Just like that, he can't get it now.
"What can I replace it with?"
