Refine oneself, and one's virtue becomes genuine. The methods of refining the body always have nine gates, Great Vehicle transforming Pan Gu?

Chen Yun saw this citation and was startled.

The reason for his confusion was not because the quotation "blows off" and says that practicing to a Great Vehicle level can transform Pan Gu.

Chen Yun's confusion stemmed from the fact that, according to previous experience of cultivation, refining the body is generally divided into Primordial Refinement and Postnatal Refinement.

However, the true method should be six doors.

The first is called Juye Refinement, the second is called Jinli Refinement, the third is called Taoyin Refinement, the fourth is called Ta yang Refinement, and the fifth is called Nanguan Refinement.

These five types of refining the form are not the ultimate void path, and they can never be one with the boundless void.

Only the sixth type of refining the form, called Vacuum Refinement, can be one with the boundless void.

Vacuum Refinement, although called refining the form, is actually refining the spirit. It is a doorway that practices externally and internally simultaneously.

And what does this book, "The True Form Canon of Pan Gu," say?

Amazingly, it says that there are nine doors to refining the form.

    Chen Yun felt very curious.

What are the three additional refining form methods?

Thinking about it, he continued to read carefully.

After about two hours, Chen Yun finally finished reading all the contents of the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" carefully.

    His expression turned strange.

Chen Yun originally thought that the refining methods of the form in the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" would align with the six refining form methods he currently knew.

But after reading all the content, he found that the refining form methods in the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" were very different from the six refining form methods he was familiar with.

The nine refining form methods in the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" are, to be precise, nine different realms.

These nine different realms are listed in descending order from high to low, respectively: True Form Refinement, Yin-Yang Refinement, Pure Yang Refinement, Pure Yin Refinement, Vacuum Refinement, Formless Refinement, Concurrent Void Refinement, Fierce Fire Refinement, and Pan Gu True Form.

Some terms may be similar to the refining form methods Chen Yun is familiar with, but they are not the same thing at all.

For example, True Form Refinement involves using all forms of energy to shape a "Primordial Divine Body".

Once one can cultivate to a high level, they will have functions that are almost identical to the ones Chen Yun has worked hard to refine their form, invincible to weapons and fire.

Moreover, True Form Refinement has an important characteristic.

Once the "true body" is refined, it can communicate with nature at all times and absorb energy from it.

It is equivalent to you being in a state of constant cultivation without having to actively use it.

Automatic cultivation at all times is one aspect.

More importantly, it will bring the self-healing abilities of the physical body to a terrifying level.

Assuming Chen Yun has been cut off one hand now.

He might be able to reshape it with the "Eight and Nine Mystic Exercises."

However, it requires active application of qi and the expenditure of a large amount of essence.

The process of refining the "true body" is different.

Even if one's arm is cut off by others, it will grow back in a short period of time.

Then, in the process of automatic energy forging, the strength of the body is unified, just like the original arm.

Most crucially, the "true body" is not afraid of any destructive blows to the physical body. As long as there is a bit of skin and tissue left, and the "spirit" has not been destroyed, it can still recover to its original state.

This point is similar to one's own physical avatar.

Chen Yun looked on in disbelief, "Is the first realm this amazing? If I had possessed the 'true body' from the beginning, even if Shen Xiu had exploded my physical body, I could recover to my original appearance without using any elixir, and there would be no need to seek help from others."

Although it is not known whether the "true body" is as magical as described in the book.

But he knows that such a record in the book has some degree of truthfulness.

Even the first level of true form refining is so amazing.

The following eight levels of refining the form, naturally, are even more amazing.

For instance, the second level of refining the form according to the book's introduction, involves practicing the body to a state of yin and yang harmony, achieving a truly divine and immortal body.

By this point, even without absorbing energy from the outside world, the yin and yang harmony within the body will continuously produce energy, enabling one to possess greater and more profound qi power than others, and to raise one's cultivation speed to a degree that is unimaginable to ordinary people.

The third level of Pure Yang Refinement involves refining the body into a pure Yang form, allowing one to eliminate the dead qi within the body, which not only makes it easier to refine a Pure Yang Essence Soul but also enables one to possess some "superpowers".

For example, the seven orifices become highly intelligent, allowing one to hear all kinds of divine music in the world, and so on.

These "superpowers" are inherent and do not require the use of spells or magic.

"Fourth level Pure Yin Refinement is even more remarkable." Chen Yun recalled the content and said with moved face: "Once this level is achieved, the energy within the body will automatically be released to the outside and form a large cycle. It will offset all external damage, whether it is physical injury or magic attack, and will be immune. Unless someone has far more power than me and breaks it by force, they may be able to harm my body. It should be noted that this is still a defense created by releasing energy externally. My own physical body will also reach a terrifying level of defense due to Pure Yin Refinement. Even if someone has far more power than me and can break through the first line of defense, it will also be difficult to hurt my body."

This is not what most moves Chen Yun.

What most moved Chen Yun was that if he successfully practiced the fourth level of Pure Yin Refinement, he would be able to know all the relevant fortune and misfortune information related to himself, which would be a concept-based ability!

"Fifth level... almost half all-knowing realm?"

Chen Yun was truly hard-pressed to believe it; he was genuinely startled by this "Pan Gu True Form Canon."

In fact, the first seven levels are relatively normal, but the eighth level is truly bizarre.

The eighth level of "nurturing fire refinement" can generate an "infinite box" world within one's physical body once successful.

This "infinite box" world will provide an endless supply of power for oneself.

Therefore, it will be easy to accomplish things like creating the heavens and earth or destroying the world.

In simpler terms, this realm is roughly equivalent to the "infinite box," or merging with Dao.

However, generally speaking, a cultivator must merge with the Dao to unleash the power of the "infinite box."

Overall, it is still within the Dao.

    Nurturing Fire Refinement is different.

It makes the cultivator themselves an existence like the "infinite box."

    One becomes that "Great Dao."

As for the ninth level of Pan Gu True Form.

According to the book, it is truly possible to embody Pan Gu.

To transcend all rules within the Dao and become a truly everlasting and indestructible being!

Chen Yun estimates that this realm should be what is known as the "infinite infinite box."

What is an "infinite infinite box"?

In simpler terms, "infinite box" multiplied by "infinite box".

That is to say, capable of opening up countless complete worlds at a moment's notice and, with a single thought, able to destroy countless complete worlds.

If one can reach this level by refining the Pan Gu True Form, then Chen Yun believes that the true realm of the Primordial Heavenly Master should be in "infinite infinite box" or even higher.

After all, embodying Pan Gu can achieve such a realm.

The true self is at least of the same realm, if not higher.

As for the Lingbao Heavenly Master and the Taiyang Laozong, he does not know if they have reached such a realm and has no reference point.

"Wow, this refining form technique is so powerful," Chen Yun thought to himself: "However, I am practicing internal qi art. I wonder if I can also practice it, or if I can integrate the 'Pan Gu True Form Canon' into my internal qi art?"

He decided to give it a try.

Chen Yun carefully read the first level of the precepts and various methods of cultivation.

Soon, he closed his eyes and began to try practicing the techniques.

Perhaps it was because he had practiced the "Flying Spiritual Jade Script," which taught him how to absorb energy from the outside world, and because he had practiced the "Internal Elixir Technique," which inherently gave him a powerful amount of elixir qi within his body.

Therefore, when Chen Yun began to attempt cultivation, he first absorbed various energies from the heavens and earth, and the elixir qi within his body was activated. According to the first level of the "Pan Gu True Form Canon," he began to slowly move through his body in a slow and steady manner.

The initial attempt seemed to be successful.

However, Chen Yun stopped the cultivation the next moment.

He sat there, furrowing his brow, and muttering to himself, "No, when I was practicing the cultivation of refining the body in my previous attempt, an unknown force seemed to be constantly assimilating my elixir qi."

Elixir qi is the quintessence of immortality.

He was still hoping to accumulate and condense his elixir to form a golden pill.

If it's assimilated into other forms of energy, will I still achieve immortality?

So, Chen Yun analyzed and concluded that it's not feasible to directly use this method to cultivate the true body refining.

"Apparently, I need to think again."

    He sat there, pondering.

"How exactly can I combine the 'Pan Gu True Form Canon' with the internal elixir cultivation?"

He wouldn't be satisfied if he left such a highly limitative cultivation method untrained.

Therefore, Chen Yun was thinking about whether he could merge the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" and the "Mr. Chen's Internal Elixir Technique" to form a new cultivation method, which could not only cultivate the inner elixir but also refine the true body form.

This means overthrowing his own cultivation method and forging a new one from scratch.

It can be said that the difficulty is very high.

    However, Chen Yun enjoys challenges.

He had no fear at all.

On the contrary, he was flipping through various cultivation techniques he had obtained previously and trying to merge them while continuously testing them on himself.

That's right, he was seeking the Dao, seeking his own unique "Dao"!

Once Chen Yun can understand it.

Then he will open up a new path for cultivating the internal elixir, becoming a true grandmaster of the era!

This point was actually clear to Chen Yun himself.

Therefore, he would be so serious in constantly meditating and seeking understanding.

It can be said that at this moment, Chen Yun had put all his previous cultivation experience and the various cultivation knowledge he had learned into practice.

    ......

    Time passed day by day.

    Three days.

    Five days.

    Twenty days.

Time passed like white horses galloping through a gap.

    Winter passed, and spring came.

Chen Yun had been meditating in seclusion for over two months.

He constantly tried it on himself.

At first, most attempts ended in failure.

However, as he continued to attempt it with each passing day, the time interval between his failures gradually increased.

    Finally, at dawn today.

Chen Yun had a faint feeling that he had come up with a new method in his latest attempt.

It seems that it can be applied to oneself and will not assimilate the elixir qi.

Achieving this step is quite simple, yet very difficult.

It is simple because he only needs to use "cultivating the form with elixir qi."

It sounds very simple, but in reality, the difficulty lies in the fact that, if following the original practice methods of the "Pan Gu True Form Canon," it is necessary to absorb energy from outside.

Chen Yun spent a full two months to figure out how to practice without absorbing energy from the outside world, relying solely on the elixir qi for shaping the form.

Moreover, doing so still has a small flaw, that is, the speed of refining the body slows down.

If the speed of refining the body according to the practice route of the "Pan Gu True Form Canon" is five, then the speed of refining the body only with elixir qi is one.

It's only one-fifth of the efficiency.

Although the efficiency is greatly reduced, this is currently the only way Chen Yun can think of to cultivate both internal elixir and true body refining.

"I tried it just now, and it seems I can cultivate both internal elixir and true body refining simultaneously. I'm not completely sure yet, so I'll try it once."

Chen Yun secretly hoped that the attempt would be successful.

    (This chapter is complete.)
