"Bane!"
Bane, the Dr. Banner who turned into Green Goliath, leaped up and grabbed two Skrull drones flying in the air on patrol. He fiercely tapped them together with his fists, instantly destroying both robots.
With Odin's divine power, the consciousness of Banner and Hulk merged completely, allowing them to switch freely between Banner and Hulk.
So, the current Green Goliath has both the body of Hulk and the brain of Banner, but it is slightly larger than the merged bodies of Banner and Hulk in the movie, and its strength is not much weaker.
However, since Banner is much harder to truly anger compared to Hulk, he cannot easily unlock his potential as pure Hulk, and cannot get stronger by becoming angrier.
It's not that it's completely impossible, for instance, if something he loves, like Betty, were killed, his anger would soar to an absolute peak, fully unleashing his potential.
And it's difficult most of the time.
After discovering the Green Goliath's appearance, the patrol robots approached from both the sky and the ground, launching various energy weapons without hesitation towards the Green Goliath.
Green Goliath crossed his arms in front of his face and endured the damage from the energy weapons with his physical body.
At this moment, a shield swept over the air from behind Green Goliath, slicing through the drones in front like a whirling blade, instantly cutting off their energy weapons.
It was Captain America's shield attack.
Also hiding behind Green Goliath, Wolverine didn't spare any time. He rushed towards the incoming Skrull robots at the fastest speed, wielding his claws repeatedly, indiscriminately hacking off their heads.
The piercing alarm bell rang throughout the Triskelion building. The rest of the Skrull soldiers quickly reacted, converging towards this area, accompanied by Skrull drones beginning to defend, utilizing energy weapons and various high-tech Skrull weaponry to prevent the three from moving forward in the building.
"It's impossible that there are only three; there must be others!"
Inside the director's office of Triskelion Tower, Pierce watched Captain America, Green Goliath, and Wolverine on the monitor, and his eyes couldn't help but narrow.
After losing contact with Sitwell and Crossbones, he brought in all Skrull drones and borrowed several super-powered individuals from Strucker to ensure the plan's success.
It was to prevent Coulson and others from attacking with the people of the Super-Soldier Academy.
Now, only three people from the Super-Soldier Academy have arrived: Professor X, the school's president George, and Coulson, Black Widow, and Hawkeye are not here yet. These remnants of S.H.I.E.L.D. are not present either.
For him, this was definitely abnormal. He would not be harboring any lucky thoughts at this time.
"Gordon, you mentioned that your team has a shapeshifter with detecting abilities. Could you please ask him to help us search for these individuals and see if they're lurking nearby?"
Pierce immediately placed the photos of all the people from the Super-Soldier Academy except the three on the monitor, as well as the several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents under Coulson on the large screen.
After arriving at his place, these super-powered individuals had reported their respective abilities, so he could conveniently arrange and coordinate their use.
"Collins."
Gordon looked behind him at a young man, who nodded, closed his eyes, and began to use his own abilities.
The young man's super power was to cover the area around him with his abilities. He could find people and things, which made him a supporting member of the team.
"The others aren't here, but I've found these guys. They're over there."
After a moment, the young man opened his eyes and pointed to the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents under Coulson, indicating their current location.
"Sure enough, something is wrong. But why hasn't George come?"
Pierce showed no surprise, merely a look of confusion on his face.
He could understand that Professor X wasn't there, as they all had mind-shielding devices and were immune to mental abilities, making X's presence unnecessary.
But George, who can release widespread lightning, also wasn't there, which confused him.
"Maybe it's because he hasn't recovered from the widespread lightning he released."
Muttering to himself, he thought this guess sounded more plausible, but he didn't take it lightly. Turning to Gordon and the others, he ordered:
"Go and capture these individuals, preferably all of them alive."
As a precaution, he could first capture Coulson and the others as hostages, so even if George came, they couldn't act so rashly.
After capturing Coulson and his team, he would have the super-powered individuals assist the Skrull drones in dealing with the rapidly attacking trio.
Once the aerial carrier takes off, there will be nothing more to worry about.
"Order the activation of all lightning dischargers around the building."
After pondering for a moment, even after Gordon and the others disappeared, he still ordered his subordinates to activate the lightning dischargers to prevent George from suddenly appearing and giving them a shock.
"By the way, increase the lightning protection on the aerial carrier to maximum!"
Wait another ten minutes, and all the preparations for three aerial carriers will be completed.
To save time, he had to sacrifice some unnecessary items and send the aerial carriers to take off as quickly as possible.
"Coulson and his team have lost contact. There's no sign of the drones and Skrull soldiers being withdrawn here, which seems to indicate that Pierce has some unknown cards up his sleeve that we're not aware of."
In five minutes, Steve summoned his shield to block a incoming energy blast, turning to Banner and Rogue and said:
"We can only rely on ourselves now. Let's push forward and find the three aerial carriers!"
"I'll lead the charge!"
Banner picked up the barrel of the energy tank and swung it around like a weapon, smashing through all the robots and Skrull soldiers in front of him.
Steve and Logan took the opportunity to speed up towards the Triskelion building.
However, at this moment, an eyeless man suddenly appeared behind Banner, grabbing him and vanishing into thin air through teleportation before Banner noticed.
In front of Steve and Logan, several young people without Skrull uniforms appeared.
The girl at the front raised her hand and launched a powerful shockwave that exploded instantly, sending Steve and Logan flying back despite them stopping and defending in time.
"This is bad!"
Standing back up, Steve looked at the strongest tank Banner being taken away, the remaining robots and Skrull soldiers in front of him, as well as the clearly superpowered individuals blocking their path, knowing that it would be difficult to complete the mission.
These super-powered individuals just appeared now, which is clearly related to the loss of contact with Coulson and the others.
That means Coulson's group is basically in ruins, and now it's just Steve and Logan who can rely on themselves.
"Shall we continue?"
Logan tore off his clothes, which were torn and tattered from the beatings, and asked Steve.
Steve nodded:
"Continue! We can't give up until the very last moment!"
