So now, they must take hostages and leave the school before anyone else realizes what's happening, to join up with the Winter Soldier.
As for the third person, he looked utterly confused; he was genuinely deceived by Garrett's words and was not a Hydra spy.
"John, you piece of shit, it was you who betrayed the safehouse location, killed Frie, you really deserve to die!"
At this point, Coulson understood perfectly well that the traitor was his most trusted old comrade, John, and his apprentice, Grant.

In the movies, Hydra has many branches, each with its own leader. The Hydra created during World War II, Red Skull, was just one of the branches.
The true Hydra originated from 1400 years ago.
The Kree Empire conducted illegal transformation experiments on many primitive planets to create powerful warriors for interstellar wars, and Earth was one of them.
They transformed Earth's humans to create the alien race with superpowers, the Inhumans.
The first Inhuman hive, with the ability to control all Inhumans, led the collective rebellion against the Kree and forced them off Earth.
Coincidentally, the Kree Empire also ceased the illegal transformation experiments.
The remaining Inhumans on Earth feared that Hive had control over them and rebelled again, using the Black Stone Gateway left behind by the Kree to expel Hive to other planets in the universe.
A group of humans who worshipped Hive founded the Hydra organization. They sent humans to the planet where Hive was located through the Black Stone Gateway generation after generation in the hope of saving Hive to rule Earth.
However, it seems that the Hydra in this world is not like that.
There is no origin of Hydra among the Inhumans, of course, it could be that Garett and Grant are not yet aware of such deep secrets.
However, George feels that the probability is likely not so, because in Garett's memories, Hydra has "Hive" among its ranks. It is not an ancient Inhuman race, but a Hydra agent suffering from a terminal illness.
