Phantasmal Transport is undoubtedly one of the most difficult and dangerous spells among all curses.
Firstly, as a student of Hogwarts, one must be at least seventeen years old and reach the sixth year in order to be eligible to apply for this course.
Secondly, teachers are present throughout the learning and practice of spells to ensure safety, as misuse can result in splitting into parts; missing limbs and broken bones are quite common.
At this point, teachers need to use healing spells in a timely manner to reconnect the separated parts.
Many young wizards have developed psychological shadows due to the split, leading to a fear of using the Disapparition Charm again.
Finally, after the course is completed, there is an examination. Only young wizards who can perfectly use the Disapparition Charm can obtain the Disapparition Licence, which is equivalent to a driver's licence in the human world.
If a wizard without a Disapparition Licence uses the Disapparition Charm, they will face hefty fines if caught.
This is done on one hand to ensure the safety of the young wizards themselves, and on the other hand, to alleviate the burden on the Wizengamot's Reversal of Incidental Magical Incidents Team.
Before imposing fines, the team receives dozens of accidents every day due to unauthorized use of the Disapparition Charm, resulting in splitting and being discovered by muggles.
Therefore, under normal circumstances, it is not easy for George to master the Disapparition Charm in the first year.
Even though he had actually found the spell and related study materials for the Disapparition Charm in the Restricted Section long ago.
Unlike other spells, self-taught magic is not a major safety concern even if one fails to learn it. However, misusing the Disapparition Charm can be deadly.
With his physical condition, even if his head and body split apart, he would still die.
He couldn't easily consult Professor Snape about it either, because Snape couldn't violate school regulations to guide him in learning it prematurely. This is different from Snape teaching spells he himself created.
As for the Voldemort in the diary, on one hand, Voldemort in the diary is a fifth-year student who has not yet started learning the Disapparition Charm. On the other hand, even if Voldemort knew it, it would be useless.
What he needs is for someone to help treat and recover him in time when he experiences splitting during Disapparition Charm practice. The diary cannot do this.
Furthermore, he is considering whether to kidnap a black wizard and use the soul-summoning spell to control it and teach him the Disapparition Charm, but he feels that it is also very unsafe.
People under the control of the Imperius Curse are usually not normal, and it's really unreliable to let them be teachers. If he is discovered, he would have to go to Azkaban.
After much thought, he concluded that there is only one way to go, which is safe and has no consequences.
That's right, the only option left is to enroll in a magic acceleration class.
Magic acceleration classes are actually like tutoring classes in the Muggle world, created by some acknowledged wizards who have a good reputation for their skills.
The main purpose is to provide remedial lessons for young wizards who are not doing well in school and to help adult wizards who have graduated but lack sufficient magical abilities to further improve and qualify for good positions.
Of course, in addition to this, they will also deceive those half-bloods who are born into wizarding families into learning magic.
The school's caretaker, Argus Filch, has always wanted to see if he can learn magic through a magic acceleration class.
He believes that as long as he spends enough money, the teachers of the magic acceleration class would not mind slightly breaking the law to teach him how to perform the Disapparition Charm early.
After all, this is not a serious matter. Even if it were discovered, it would only result in a fine or two, which is not on the same level as charges for using the Unforgivable Curses.
Moreover, the Ministry of Magic usually doesn't care much about such incidents, especially now that the Ministry is already in a mess. They pay even less attention to this.
George thought that since money could solve the problem, there was no need to take unnecessary risks.
Having understood all of this, he returned to normal study mode, and recently, he has been researching the Protego Charm, a high-level spell that can make the body invisible.
Last time he saw Ariya successfully steal an attack on Makaveli through invisibility, he thought invisible spells could be quite useful in battle.
The next morning, George first went to visit the Wandmaker, Ollivander, with a gift in hand.
Ollivander, the old wizard, had a wide network of contacts in the wizarding world. Even though he no longer needed to learn wand-making, he would still need to maintain those relationships.
That way, if anything happens in the future, he could turn to Ollivand for help.
Ollivander was very pleased with George's visit. It was a rare occasion to have a talented apprentice, especially one who brought rare materials for wand-making.
After leaving Ollivander, George found a poster advertising the magic acceleration class on the street and followed the address to find an establishment with the name "Magic Acceleration Class."
This was a very small shop with a faded sign, probably one of the smallest he had seen in Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley. It was sandwiched between a used cauldron shop and an ice cream shop.
Opening the door and stepping inside, he found that the space was even smaller than he had imagined; it could only accommodate a table and two chairs with little room to spare.
At this moment, a pale-skinned witch with short hair, wearing a slightly faded jacket, was sound asleep on the table, not noticing George's entrance.
"I have some doubts about my decision."
George smirked, and he knocked on the table.
"Madam, may I ask if this is the Magic Acceleration Class?"
The witch opened her eyes in a daze, but when she saw George, she jumped up abruptly.
"Certainly, are you here to enroll?"
"Our Magic Acceleration Class offers low fees and quick results, allowing for a rapid improvement in grades upon enrollment. You will no longer be looked down upon by your classmates."
"Alright, stop!"
George raised a hand to interrupt the witch's introduction and then asked:
"Just one question, can you teach me the Disapparition Charm?"
"The Disapparition Charm is certainly possible, but your age seems to be an issue."
The witch hesitated for a moment, then looked up and down at George, her tone becoming hesitant.
George calmly replied:
"If I reach the age requirement, I would learn it at school, why come to you?"
"Oh, well, our class is only for adult wizards who haven't mastered Disapparition and want to retake the Disapparition Licence exam."
"We don't provide this service for wizards under the age of seventeen. You should know that if caught by the Ministry of Magic, it would cost a lot of money!"
The witch's face showed signs of difficulty.
"Or, why don't you switch to another spell? We can guide the learning of spells from first to seventh year at your school, and we can even help you with your school's homework during holidays."
