Frozen for over sixty years, with nearly all of his family and friends having passed away, and the world having changed dramatically, this was a huge shock for Captain America.
Therefore, as long as the persuasion is effective, it should not be difficult for him to stay at the school and teach these poor mutant children how to survive in the future.
