As they advanced, the sky suddenly darkened, and thick clouds with faint flashes of lightning loomed. Mowen Jie's brow furrowed slightly, and a sense of unease rose within him. "Be careful, there may be danger approaching," he warned the group. His warning had barely ended when a massive thunder beast leaped out from the cloud layer, its entire body enveloped in electrical currents. The group's faces were filled with terror, but they quickly regained their composure and began to cast spells. Mowen Jie charged forward first, his spiritual sword bursting into brilliant light as he drove it at the thunder beast. The beast reacted nimbly, opening its wide mouth and spitting out a powerful bolt of lightning.

Mowen Jie dodged to the side, and the tree behind him turned into charred remains in an instant. The others seeing this moved in around him, conjuring various treasures and spells, and for a moment, light intertwined and crossed.

Mowen Jie seized the opportunity, activating all of his spiritual energy, and transforming himself into a beam of light heading towards the thunder beast. This time, he successfully struck the beast, causing it to let out a sorrowful cry. The electrical energy on its body gradually dissipated, and eventually it collapsed with a loud crash. The others breathed a sigh of relief, but Mowen Jie gazed ahead into the even deeper region in front of him, his expression serious. He knew that greater challenges were still ahead.

Taking a deep breath, Mowen Jie continued to walk forward. Not far ahead, the air around them had become thick and viscous, making every step incredibly difficult. Suddenly, a melodious flute tune began to play, its sound as if it could penetrate the soul. The group looked around in confusion, and soon saw a mysterious figure in black robes slowly appear.

"You have intruded into this place, and there is no hope for you to leave it alive," the figure in black robes said with a chilling voice. Mowen Jie clutched his spiritual sword tightly and said, "We are just passing through; we mean no harm." The figure in black robes laughed coldly, waved his hands, and countless black threads shot towards the group. Mowen Jie swung his spiritual sword to sever the threads, and the others also defended themselves. Yet, the attacks from the figure in black robes kept coming. Realizing that this was not sustainable, Mowen Jie forcibly broke through the resistance and moved closer to the figure in black robes. He discovered that there was an array beneath their feet continuously providing power. He then made a decisive move and struck with all his might, destroying the array.

Seeing the black-robed figure, who was once imposing and invincible, now appeared as if all his strength had been drained away, his aura instantly wilted. His tall frame began to tremble slightly, and his steps became staggered and unstable, as if he might fall to the ground at any moment.

In this critical moment, the intelligent and courageous Mowen Jie acted decisively, waving his hand grandly and shouting, "Brothers, if not now, when?" With that, he led the way like an arrow released from a bowstring. The others seeing him move quickly followed in his wake, each one moving with swift and agile steps, and in the blink of an eye, they vanished from the figure in black robes' sight.

Looking at the backs of Mo Wen Jie and the others as they disappeared into the distance, the figure in black robes gnashed his teeth in anger, but to no avail. He was now like an arrow shot without a bowstring, unable to pursue them. All he could do was widen his eyes, staring at the figures gradually disappearing in the distance with a fierce gaze, filled with hatred and frustration. However, no matter how angry he was, he could only watch as Mo Wen Jie led the group successfully escaped from this dangerous area and continued on towards their pre-determined destination.

Mo Wen Jie continued to lead the group, moving carefully along the way. As they walked, they arrived at a valley. The interior of the valley was shrouded in strange mist, within which faint light flickered. Mo Wen Jie was hesitating whether to enter when he suddenly heard a series of cries for help coming from within the valley, as if someone was calling for assistance. One of the people in the group couldn't resist and wanted to rush into the valley, but Mo Wen Jie quickly pulled him back.

"This is probably a trap," Mo Wen Jie warned with caution. However, the cries for help grew increasingly agonizing, tearing at one's heart. After thinking for a moment, Mo Wen Jie decided to send only two people into the valley to investigate, while the rest stayed outside to keep watch.

Upon entering the valley, the mist became increasingly dense. Mo Wen Jie and his companions moved forward cautiously when they suddenly saw a white-robed woman lying on the ground, looking in great pain. As they approached her, the woman suddenly flashed a sinister smile, and the surrounding mist swiftly condensed into terrifying creatures that lunged at them.

Mo Wen Jie shouted a warning and immediately drew his sword to face the threat. They fought back-to-back, Mo Wen Jie infusing his spiritual energy into the sword, causing its blade to shine brightly as he cut down the surrounding monsters. After a fierce battle, Mo Wen Jie seized an opportunity to unleash his ultimate move, dispelling all the mist and monsters. The white-robed woman also disappeared, and Mo Wen Jie and his two companions quickly left the valley, rejoining the group and then speeding towards their destination.

The group continued on, and soon a dazzling field of spirit flowers appeared before them. Just as Mo Wen Jie was about to approach for a closer look, he felt something under his foot that triggered a mechanism. A slight tremor followed, and numerous puppet dolls surged out from all directions. These dolls held sharp blades and moved swiftly. Mo Wen Jie directed the others to disperse, and he darted through the air, his sword cutting through the joints of the dolls to disable them. However, there were too many puppets and their repair abilities were incredibly strong.

At this moment, Mo Wen Jie noticed a spirit pearl emitting an eerie glow amidst the flowers. He guessed that this pearl might be the key to controlling the dolls. Ignoring the attacks from the dolls, he surged forward with all his strength towards the spirit pearl. Just as the dolls were about to injure him, he grabbed the pearl and crushed it with force. Instantly, the dolls ceased moving and fell to the ground lifeless.

Mo Wen Jie breathed a sigh of relief and continued on the journey. However, as they drew closer to their destination, the environment became increasingly treacherous. A wide river appeared in front of them, its water was a deep crimson color and emitted a repulsive smell. Occasionally, some bone fragments would float up from the river. The group was unsure of how to cross the river when Mo Wen Jie noticed an old and broken wooden boat by the riverbank. It seemed like their only option was to take a risky leap of faith and board the boat.

Mo Wen Jie took the lead to step onto the wooden boat, and the ship swayed a few times. Once everyone was on board, Mo Wen Jie noticed that the boat was covered in strange runes. Just as he started to paddle, a massive whirlpool suddenly formed in the river. Mo Wen Jie quickly steadied the ship but soon after, the blood-red water seemed to have a life of its own as it climbed up onto the boat's railing. The group panicked, and Mo Wen Jie bellowed with force, using his spiritual energy to repel the water.

Suddenly, a deep, rumbling roar came from beneath the water, and a massive black shadow appeared and disappeared. Mo Wen Jie realized that there was a giant beast hiding in the river, which would not easily allow the group to cross. He ordered everyone to prepare for battle and focused his attention on the water surface. The giant beast surged out of the water, opening its blood-red maw to bite at the wooden boat. Mo Wen Jie unleashed his strongest defensive spell, blocking the beast's attack. Seizing the opportunity, the others joined in an offensive assault, and for a moment, the glow of spells illuminated the river surface. The beast cried out in pain and submerged back into the water.

Mo Wen Jie knew the ferocity and danger of the giant beast in front of him all too well and could not afford to be even the slightest bit complacent. He focused all his attention on the river surface, holding his long sword tightly and ready to face any possible fierce attacks the beast might launch.

Time passed one second after another as the boat slowly made its way to the center of the river. At that very moment, the tranquil surface of the water suddenly erupted in massive splashes. The terrifying giant beast once again shot out of the depths from below! However, this time Mo Wen Jie was well-prepared. His eyes blazed with intensity as he locked onto a critical weak point on the giant beast's colossal body.

Before the words could even finish, Mo Wen Jie's figure flashed, moving with the swiftness of lightning towards the beast. His long sword cut through the air with a cold sheen, piercing the beast's vital spot with pinpoint accuracy before it could react.

The giant beast roared in agony after being struck at its vital spot. It thrashed wildly, trying to break free from the grip of the sword. But Mo Wen Jie clung tightly to the hilt of his sword, leaving no room for escape. After several intense struggles, the beast's strength waned, and it eventually sank into the deep river bed without a fight.

Upon witnessing this, the group on the boat could not help but let out a long breath of relief. The tight strings of tension in their hearts finally relaxed, and each person's face was lit with the joy of having survived such a perilous situation. Mo Wen Jie stood silently at the bow of the boat, gazing in the direction where the beast had sunk, secretly relieved that he had successfully resolved this crisis.

As the boat continued to move forward, the once terrifying and spine-chilling river gradually disappeared from sight, far behind them.

Mo Wen Jie and his companions - Ding Qing Xiao, Huang Ling'er, Jiang Yu Rou, Xiao Ya Wen, Ding Yan, Tuoba Ying Ying, Qin Xia Die, Cao Chun Ling, Ling Xue and Liu Chuandong and others - all carried within their hearts a full measure of hope for the future and undaunted courage. Their gazes were resolute and their steps were solid and forceful as if the ground beneath them could be transformed into pathways. Nothing was insurmountable that could hinder their progress.

The sun shone upon them, illuminating their faces filled with vitality and determination. The gentle breeze ruffled their hair, bringing a touch of coolness, but it could not shake their resolve to forge ahead.

Along the way, Mo Wen Jie and Ding Qing Xiao, Huang Ling'er, Jiang Yu Rou, Xiao Ya Wen, Ding Yan, Tuoba Ying Ying, Qin Xia Die, Cao Chun Ling, Ling Xue and Liu Chuandong who supported each other and encouraged one another. Together they pressed on towards the unknown yet hopeful destination. No matter what challenges and difficulties lay ahead of them, they were convinced that as long as they united together, they would be able to overcome all obstacles and ultimately reach the shore of their dreams.

Continue forward, a magnificent palace appeared in front of them. The palace exuded a strong aura of oppression, leaving everyone breathless. Mo Wen Jie took a deep breath and led the way through the palace entrance. Inside the dark and damp hallways, strange runes glimmered on the walls.

Suddenly, the surrounding space twisted, and the group was separated. Mo Wen Jie found himself alone in a confined space, facing a phantom elder. The elder smiled and said, "Young man, you must undergo my test to pass through here." Mo Wen Jie agreed without hesitation.

As the phantom elder waved his hand, a group of demons appeared. Mo Wen Jie showed no fear and activated his spiritual energy, as his sword shot out like a dragon. In a fierce battle, Mo Wen Jie relied on his exceptional skills to kill all the demons.

Meanwhile, the others faced their own trials in their respective spaces. Some had to solve puzzles, while others had to resist temptations.

After Mo Wen Jie defeated the phantom elder, the space returned to normal. The group gathered again, looking slightly exhausted but with determined eyes.

Mo Wen Jie looked towards the depths of the palace, where the key to reaching their destination must be hidden. The group exchanged glances before unanimously moving deeper into the palace together, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
