Chapter 1313 The Buddha on the Sacred Mountaintop

Genres:Sci-Fi and Supernatural Last update:25/03/24 18:16:34
The Earth-wombing Bodhisattva first threw a chilly jade talisman, and the several Hells' Gate Guards responded. A beam of white light rose and fell on the Spirit Mountain.

As the host, Manjushri Bodhisattva promptly exerted his power, summoning a purple aura from the celestial court. The High God received the payment and did not obstruct.

The abodes of sages, the residence in the sky, and the residence in the pure land are combined into one.

Designed by the golden vow line, the Buddha's shadow gradually became clear as it was chanted by many arhats and monks. This was a temporary version of "Residence in Supremacy".

The Great Tranquilization and the Great Extinction of Tranquilization are both states of the Buddha during meditation. This kind of tranquility can be understood as complete silence, an absolute silence. For sages, amidst the complexities of the world, they must constantly go out into the world and return to seclusion. Sometimes, stepping out of their constraints and setting all things aside is a good way to contemplate their own path and explore the direction forward. However, for immortals and Buddhas with insufficient cultivation, this absolute silence can be understood as death.

If the countless arhats and monks did not chant the Buddha's name, the Spirit Mountain would be a silent, lifeless graveyard.

This is why "Residence in Supremacy" is listed among the nine supreme wonders, but there are no Buddhas or Bodhisattvas willing to practice it. Even if one practices it, it seems like a technique that leads to mutual destruction with the enemy. What's the use of this? Moreover, it's not easy to practice. Practicing it may lead to self-extinction at some point.

In this regard, the nine wonders designed by the Inviter are completely a failed product. They didn't consider the specific circumstances of immortals and Buddhas at all. I think if I can do it, you should be able to as well, but in reality, that's not the case.

The Moon-light Buddha is estimated to have reached the level of four or five wonders, but he can't continue practicing. Even if he has merits, it doesn't help.

She is already like this, let alone other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

At this moment, this "useless" miraculous power was put to another use.

With the blessings of the numerous arhats and monks' chanting of the Buddha's name, the "Residence in Supremacy" on the Spirit Mountain finally stabilized.

The Maitreya Buddha, the Bhai-sha-jus-ba-sa (Bhaisajyaguru), the Earth-wombing Bodhisattva, and the Great Compassionate Bodhisattva successively displayed their superior divine powers to connect "Residence in Supremacy".

The outline of the "Buddha," originally formed by the golden power of vows, showed signs of becoming more tangible.

The Moon-light Buddha nodded at Duo Bao Buddha and said, "The past Buddha, we should also take action."

"Following the order of the Master."

Duo Bao Buddha's left hand index finger held the "Insight into Supremacy," and his right hand index finger held the "Wisdom into Supremacy." The divinities he practiced were obviously more profound than those of the Maitreya Buddha, Great Compassionate Bodhisattva, and Earth-wombing Bodhisattva. Not only were they stable but also had the ability to coordinate. Once his superior divine power was injected, the originally restless five superior divine powers immediately stabilized.

However, his state is not good either. Within just ten breaths, sweat appeared on his forehead, which is an external manifestation of rapid consumption of divine power.

The Moon-light Buddha first closed his eyes and then suddenly opened them, without seeing her do anything. "Path to Supremacy" has taken control of all the other seven wonders in a dominant way. Afterward, "Body to Supremacy," which is ranked first among the nine wonders for possessing thirty-two forms of the Buddha and is said to have supreme power, quietly descended.

The original eight wonders were skin, flesh, and bones, without form or spirit. As "Body to Supremacy" transformed into a mass of green light and merged with the eight wonders, this "Buddha" finally entered the primordial world and slowly awakened.

This is what the Buddha's sect has been striving for - wisdom and a perfect state.

It looked somewhat rough, but indeed there was a unique scent of the sage blooming on this "Buddha".

Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, and Samantabhadra whispered the Buddha's name. They are unable to reach this state of perfection; one must say, there is some regret.

Duo Bao Buddha widened his eyes and tried to control the Buddha slightly with his "Insight into Supremacy" and "Wisdom into Supremacy." He wanted to experience the great power of sages himself.

Seeing the coastline, you will know which direction to swim. Otherwise, among the boundless sea, nine out of ten people who don't have a clear goal will die in the sea.

To feel the power of the sage before slaying the three demons and to understand the mysteries of the sage is, in Duo Bao Buddha's view, the most valuable opportunity in the primordial chaos.

Unfortunately, his control permission was low, and the "Buddha" looked down upon him. With a slight effort, he broke free from his control. Duo Bao Buddha frowned and closed his eyes, pondering the vast amount of knowledge and insights he had gained in that instant.

At this moment, the Moon-light Buddha is controlling the "Buddha." She whispered the Buddha's mantra, and her face shone with layers of golden light. The divine image behind her showed a pained expression, at first glance somewhat resembling the Inviter.

Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, and Samantabhadra are Buddhist students who work in the Buddhist Church. They have not used the great burden of superior abilities and are paying close attention to this top-level divine power, hoping to find parts beneficial to themselves and take its essence to perfect their paths.

The three of them formed a "small group" again, and as the Moon-light Buddha took action, they focused their attention on this young leader, not missing any abnormality.

Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva asked in the "small group": "Lords, can you see the two tree-shaped shadows behind World Honored One?"

Knowing that the level of Moon-light Buddha is far beyond his own, he insists on addressing her as "World Honored One." The three great sages work together in this regard, without too much concern over the choice of title.

Manjushri Bodhisattva carefully examined and was puzzled: "It seems to be the original Gong Jin Boddhi Tree. World Honored One, our entrance into the Buddhist Church is not much different from you and my elder brothers. How can you have such a profound mastery in all the Buddha's teachings? Is it because she has already obtained the transmission of Fo Mo early on that she was favored by the original Gong Jin Boddhi Tree?"

Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, as a good neighbor of Mount Emei, is relatively familiar with the side of Deng ChanYu, and said at this moment, "I have never seen Fo Mo come to Mount Emei. This should be the natural great wisdom and great Buddha cause."

The Buddha light on the Moon-light Buddha's body was becoming more and more bright, and the compassionate countenance on her face directly pointed to the human heart.

Not to mention Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, Manjushri Bodhisattva, and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva who became monks on the way, even the Bhai-sha-jus-ba-sa (Bhaisajyaguru) and the Earth-wombing Bodhisattva were so amazed that they couldn't help but stare. To say that the three great bodhisattvas can only be regarded as outsiders, just watching the excitement, is sheer slander. They are also sincerely practicing. But when it comes to the essence of Buddhism, it is definitely those who were disciples of the Western Teaching who have a deeper understanding.

They seem vague, as if they have felt the Buddha nature of the Inviter and Zhun Ti from Moon-light Buddha. How is this possible!? We are the closest disciples who have served for countless years!

We have followed these two sages through hardships and turmoil, and only after much effort did we see a trend of prosperity for the Western World and the Buddhist sect. Could all this be an illusion? Is the time we spent with the saints all false, all shadows?

Maitreya Buddha over there can remain calm. He has his own path of purifying the world. Whether Moon-light Buddha is good or bad, whether her Buddha nature is deep or shallow, all of this currently has nothing to do with him.
