Once again, it's time to launch new books. Every time this happens, I get especially nervous. My inventory is indeed limited, writing a topic like "Karmic Seals" is a fear of ridicule from the scholarly circles. After finishing each chapter, it takes me half a day to consider it. The original text does not exceed 100 chapters, but the discarded manuscripts and abandoned chapters in my hand already exceed 50 chapters.
I've roughly read through "The Investiture of the Gods", "Journey to the West", "Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio", "Three Words and Two Beats", "Records of the Grand Sacrifice", and "The Golden Lotus" (this one excluded, as I don't have it). I've also read the "Bodhisattva Perfection of Wisdom Sutra", the "Heart Sutra", the "Lankavatara Sutra", the "Record of Hua Tou", the "Secret Classic of Emperor Huangdi", and the "Internal Classic of Huangdi". I've read the most out of them all, both from start to finish and from end to start, repeatedly... I dare not say that I write very well, but at least I believe that I can finish this story. Please rest assured about this point.
Thank you to the editor, Green Beans, for giving me many helpful tips before the launch of the book. Thank you to Editor Orange, for providing numerous recommended resources throughout the process.
Thank you to all our esteemed readers, whose support has enabled this book to reach this point. The book will go live at midnight tonight with five updates for the launch day, followed by three updates per day thereafter. It appears that the system may delay the opening of VIP chapters for a few minutes past midnight, so I will certainly send out five chapters in the early hours of tomorrow morning or midday. Please take care of yourselves, dear readers, and feel free to check in again when you wake up tomorrow morning or midday.
Lastly, please consider subscribing, casting your monthly votes, and continuing to read!
