Strike teeth six times, focus your mind and regulate your breath, close your mouth and enter a state of meditation. This is one cycle; six cycles make up one period. Such movements are repeated six times to complete this process. When this month's three sixth or thirty-sixth day comes around or when the moon is full, an additional three cycles are added on top of these two periods; in total there are nine cycles for this month. By the end of that month's waning crescent moon on the thirty-sixth day or during a three-six or full moon day on any other date during that month, continue with this practice as before in the pure room: close your eyes and sit cross-legged. First rub your left hand along your forehead; then use your right hand to rub down along your spine to its end at tuilizhi (tail bone vertebrae). Rub continuously in a clockwise direction for 49 turns for each rub; each time hold your breath until you've finished counting to achieve stability. Do not take deep breaths while doing so. After repeating such rubbing thrice in succession, one will feel that their heart and kidney qi have met at mid-zhi (mid-sextum meridian). One may slightly circulate qi through the Dantian if necessary, filling it into all five internal organs. The five internal organs become hot like fire as fire begins to circulate through them; it is now time for practicing firework refinement moves. If on any three sixth or full moon day during that month or when it wanes towards completion on a thirty-sixth day of any other date during that month unexpectedly feels like its Dantian is moving below its left rib and there's a warm sensation rising from below its dan tian straight into its ribs beneath its side of the body; its heat feels like fire which continues moving up until it settles down after swinging back and forth long enough to create four transformations; from then onwards one no longer needs to do heavy sky-draw refinement practices anymore."
According to his own imagination, if he could complete this turn of cultivation, the following benefits would be achieved:
Firstly, there would be some changes to the physical body.
For example, men would achieve the "hidden penis" appearance.
For women, the completely cut-off "red dragon" would result in a flat chest, approaching the physiological similarities to men.
This is known as "lei ju tong" in Buddhist terms.
In actuality, according to the teachings of the Taoist school, it is referred to as reaching a state of perfection throughout the entire body, with no power leaking out in the slightest.
Secondly, this turn will cut off the three bodies, allowing one to reach the realm of immortals, and completely eliminate the remaining "dust" within one's body.
After accomplishing these two steps, one can begin to cultivate their Yuan Shen (primal consciousness).
This step is called "Divine Intellect's Desire Fire into Form."
Of course, at this stage, the Yuan Shen (primal consciousness) still cannot leave the body, but it has already taken shape within.
At this point, it is still not the ultimate goal of the third transformation.
The ultimate goal of the third transformation is to integrate the third level of the "Pangu True Body Sutra" into it, achieving the "Heavenly Music-Inspired Transformative Cultivation." This will allow one to ascend to the palace of heaven and hear all things in the underworld, as well as all movements in the world, with ease.
Once one can accomplish this step, they can proceed to the fourth transformation, thus refining and strengthening their Yuan Shen (primal consciousness) to the point where it can leave the body.
After the Yuan Shen leaves the body, one can then progress towards cultivating the Yang Shen (sunshine spirit) and continue to practice until reaching the realm of immortals.
The Yang Shen is still far off in the future, and Chen Yun does not pay too much attention to how it will be later.
Now he just wants to try whether his "Master Chen's Internal Alchemy" third transformation technique that he has researched for years is feasible.
"I've been stuck at the middle stage of the Immortal Realm for a long time. This time, in my decades of cultivation, it's the longest I've been stuck before achieving enlightenment and becoming an immortal. Now that I've created the third transformation technique, let's see if I can break through using this, and successfully reach the late stage of the Immortal Realm."
