    "It's you!"

He was on the edge of his seat before he realized what he was doing.

Though he consciously wanted to maintain an aura of dignity before the senior figures of the two alternative groups concealed in the public, his face ashen, he couldn't help but lose his temper.

"All of this is because of you! Oh, how unfair!"

I've been worrying about this for a whole week!

Why do I have to keep explaining to the press about the mess you've caused? My government is not conducting nuclear weapon tests underground in London, and that behemoth in the Far East is not sending bombers and an army of steel to Britain!

    "You you."

    The Prime Minister panted,

"It should come forward and take responsibility proactively!"

Amos and Amelia exchanged a long look.

"Do you really need us to step forward and explain everything to your people?"

Amos spoke in a gentle tone.

"Excuse me, though I myself hold reservations about the policy adopted by the witches and wizards of different countries for centuries to separate the wizarding world from the muggle one."

But I think we can all agree that if we were to abruptly reveal the magical world to your people, the chaos that would ensue might be even greater."

    Hmmm...

The Prime Minister's words were stuck in his throat. After a moment, he slumped back into the couch.

The Deputy Chairman is right; it's likely that the gigantic creature from the Far East has indeed sent an army of steel to the suburbs of London, and the unrest caused by this might be even greater than people realizing that magic really exists in this world!

    "So, Prime Minister Sir –"

Amelia glanced at the antique clock in the corner and then looked seriously at the Prime Minister.

"I can assume that you have fully accepted the existence of the magical world, and that you are fully aware of the harm caused by the existence of Voldemort, the most evil wizard in history, to our two worlds, can I?"

    "What troubles has he caused?"

The Prime Minister suddenly looked up and coldly blurted out to Amelia,

"You just mentioned that the black terror known as Voldemort has caused many serious incidents within Britain. What exactly are these incidents?"

"In 1972, a mudslide caused by a flood in the village of Kebbis in the northeast of Yorkshire claimed the lives of over 3,000 people as the entire village was engulfed."

Amos gently swayed his wineglass, gazing at the amber liquid within, quietly reminiscing.

"In 1973, in the central county of Derbyshire, a small-scale earthquake caused the town of Pumphall to sink into a crack in the earth, resulting in over a thousand casualties."

"In 1975, the village of Ropemakers in Suffolk was swept off its feet by a hurricane, and all residents and animals were killed."

    The Lancashire Explosion of 1976.

"In 1977, a sudden tsunami along the South coast of Wokingham took away over five thousand lives."

As each event that Amos mentioned unfolded, the Prime Minister's forehead showed signs of strain, and his face became progressively darker.

    "Enough!"

    The Prime Minister growled,

"I understand who this Voldemort is!"

The Prime Minister was breathing heavily, his chest heaving, and he felt a strong urge to smash the glass in front of him on the floor!

The Vice Chairman described the disasters in a casual manner, but every single one of them had caused severe consequences, such as massive casualties and property losses, any of which appearing during his term would be enough to get him and his government into trouble!

Completely unexpected, these disasters were not caused by unpredictable natural forces, but were man-made!

    "Please, have mercy!"

The Prime Minister forced a voice out of his teeth,

"Will you please make that Voldemort disappear as soon as possible?"

    "Dear Prime Minister –"

    Amos' tone remained gentle,

"Over the past thirty years, the just witches and wizards have been working hard to do this. Our sacrifices are as much as those of the Muggles, but I want you to understand that dismantling his forces is not an easy task. We still need some time --"

    "Some time."

The Prime Minister is on the verge of collapse.

"Alright, but I hope that the reporters and my constituents can be a bit more understanding!"

"Since you are now aware of the situation, let's get to the point, Prime Minister --"

    Amelia spoke sternly,

"We are here today for two reasons. The first one is that the Ministry of Magic should deploy some of its personnel around you, as a matter of courtesy, we believe it should be announced in advance."

    "Deploy personnel!"

The Prime Minister jumped up for the second time, his anger and shock intertwined.

    "Why?!"

"Naturally, it is for your protection --"

    Amelia spoke gravely,

"As the Prime Minister of Britain, if you were under the influence of the Imperius Curse, then the Muggles would suffer, so it is the duty of the Ministry of Magic to protect your safety."

    Imperio Curse

The Prime Minister shuddered. From the name, it seemed like a bad spell.

"The Imperius Curse is a spell that can control a person's thoughts. Once under its influence, even if the caster orders you to detonate a nuclear bomb in London, you will do it without hesitation --"

Amos also slightly narrowed his expressive eyes, speaking solemnly,

"Even worse, this spell is not too difficult to learn. Even if a teenager practicing magic can master it with a few attempts."

"Thus, we must not only be wary of Voldemort and his henchmen, but also the increase in anti-social elements who will be filled with evil thoughts once the magical world order is disrupted. Protecting you from the threats and harm of magical individuals is of great necessity --"

    Bang!

"Detonating a nuclear bomb in London without hesitation."

The Prime Minister's face turned ashen and his demeanor was that of a person mourning the loss of a parent, collapsing back into the sofa again.

"You seem to have no objection to that point, so let's move on to the second matter --"

Amos took over the conversation, calmly looking at the Prime Minister.

"The final outcome of the war between the just witches and wizards of the magical world and Voldemort is currently unclear, as the future holds many possibilities. For instance, the dark magical forces across Europe may engage in battles with various Ministries of Magic throughout London."

    Cough cough!

The Prime Minister's pale face suddenly turned bright red, and he began to cough violently.

    "I - I'm fine."

The Prime Minister held his heart with one hand and pulled out a handkerchief from the inside pocket of his suit to cover his mouth, his expression pained.

"Is there anything I can do to help?"

    Amos asked with genuine concern,

"There are some spells that can alleviate your pain."

    "It's unnecessary!"

The Prime Minister shook his head vigorously,

"I -- I'm fine. You can -- go on, Chairman Brenn!"

"Okay, let's assume that the situation you just described does indeed occur, with a major battle between the entire European magical community in London --"

    Amos said,

"If we are not prepared, under such circumstances, due to the advanced technological means of the Muggles, it is unavoidable that the magical world will be exposed to the entire world. To prevent such a terrible situation from occurring --"

Amos's tone paused for a moment,

"The Ministry of Magic intends to start building magical wards around London from now on."

"When the war breaks out in the magical world, the barrier will be activated immediately. At that time, London will be isolated from the outside world. During the war, all forms of communication with the outside world will be cut off. This will also facilitate the Ministry of Magic in cleaning up the memories of London residents. Of course, during this isolation period, London residents may feel panic."

    Perhaps they will feel panic?

The Prime Minister's expression turned completely numb.

    "That's the situation --"

    Amelia stood up,

"The personnel sent by the Ministry of Magic to protect you will be on duty tomorrow. You need not worry about arranging positions for them; the wizards can manage everything themselves."

"They can manage everything themselves, and I don't have to worry about it. Ah, this is really thoughtful."

The Prime Minister was in a daze until the two people who had suddenly visited him were about to step back into the fireplace again. It wasn't until then that the Prime Minister snapped out of his trance,

    "Hold on, both of you!"

    The Prime Minister shouted.

Turning around, Amos looked at the Prime Minister sitting on the sofa, whose expression was full of despair,

"Is there anything else, Mr. Prime Minister?"

    "For the love of God!"

The Prime Minister panted and screamed in a collapsed manner,

"Make that Voldemort disappear as soon as possible, will you?"

Amos and Amelia exchanged a glance, and both of them smiled slightly. They nodded to this man, who was the most influential person in the United Kingdom,

    "Yes, Prime Minister --"

    Witchcraft and magic

The Prime Minister's office was once again silent, with only the faint popping sounds from the remains of the fire in the fireplace.

The Prime Minister gazed at the flickering flames in the fireplace. His expression changed constantly.

"More than sixty thousand wizards. I don't believe --"

The Prime Minister's gasps for breath became increasingly disorganized. Suddenly, he rushed towards the desk and picked up a phone,

"Bernard, bring Humphrey to see me, now! Immediately!"
